# Why D\_MKTOfferStatistics .Statistics page is setting to default values

Hi

I am exploring our pega academy on 24.1 of CDH, wondering why Action Impression rate, Volume, Conversion rates are marking as zero even though system had the data for the same. Please find the attached screen shots to understand what am I referring here,

When I debug, what I understood is that D\_MKTOfferStatistics data page source data transform “RetrieveOfferStatistics”, alternative path being executed. So wondering if any solved this issue. Inside the code what I see DetermineJourneyDates data transform required Param.LookbackInterval which is getting assigned as null which results D\_MKTFilter failure.

Please help me with understanding on why this is not working in BOE and how to fix this.

The issue occurs because the `D_MKTOfferStatistics` data page is not receiving the required `LookbackInterval` parameter. When `RetrieveOfferStatistics` calls `DetermineJourneyDates`, the `Param.LookbackInterval` value is null. This causes the `D_MKTFilter` data page to fail and the statistics to display default zero values. To fix this, open the calling rule in Pega Dev Studio and check how the `LookbackInterval` parameter is passed. Configure the parameter mapping to provide a valid reporting period, such as 30 days. Ensure this value is passed correctly to `DetermineJourneyDates` through `RetrieveOfferStatistics`. Save the configuration and refresh the `D_MKTOfferStatistics` data page. Finally, verify that the impression rate, volume, and conversion rate display the available data correctly
