When rules are not visible in engagement policies

We are not able see when rules/ strategy rules when we are trying add them in engagement policy.

Note: These rules are masked as relevant and also rule resolved. Attached the screenshot.

Can you please check if the RelevantRecordCategories feature toggle is enabled?

To do this, from Dev Studio, navigate to Configure → System → Release → Toggles, and check for a row with the identifier of RelevantRecordCategories. If the status shows as ON, this means that relevant records must be categorized to further refine where they are expected to appear.

To categorize a relevant record, navigate to the Relevant Records landing page at Configure → Application → Inventory → Relevant Records. For the relevant record you wish to categorize, select “Associate to categories” in the 3-dot menu on the right, and enter the category values you would require - ELIGIBILITY, APPLICABILITY, and/or SUITABILITY.

From PEGA CDH 8.6, Marking rules as relevant and categorization is needed to make the rules visible to CDH. Previous to PEGA CDH 8.6, marking as relevant is sufficient.
