When creating an XML Stream Rule we get an option to provide XML Type,I want to understand what does this field do?like what values it takes like the type of XML =XML as in JSON=String?
XML Type is not an XML datatype. It is an arbitrary key/identifier used as part of the XML Stream rule key, often set to values like MapFrom, Request, Response, etc. Please find teh below link for more details
In the XML Type field, enter the literal MapFrom if this XML stream rule is to be referenced in the Response tab of a Service or Connector rule, such as Service SOAP or Connect SOAP.
