Is it correct that all notifications are read - example I have 10 notifications I would want to select one which would then be marked as read but the other 9 would be unread. Please advise thank you ?
Currently, in Pega Constellation, clicking the notification bell and opening the list marks notifications as read at the list level. So if a user has 10 notifications and opens one from the notification panel, the system may mark all notifications as read instead of only that single item. This is expected product behavior at present, and per Pega support it is not configurable out of the box
As @RaviChandra mentioned, when a user clicks on the notification bell, all notifications are automatically marked as Read. If your requirement is for users to take action on each notification and track its status, this can be implemented using a custom data type.
