Unable to view Predictions in CaseType Settings Tab

Hello team,

We have created a prediction of casemanagement type with case completion outcome with one of the casetype in Pega Infinity 24.1 , a data field of Prediction type is created and added in the data model of the casetype. But we are not able to see the added prediction in Casetype Settings tab and not able to use it.

Can anyone explain if we are missing any configuration over here?

In 24.1 you won’t see the prediction in case type settings.

In Dev Studio properties and App Studio Data Model do you see the prediction property?

If you create a decision shape in a process or use condition builder do you see the prediction fields for decisions?

I have seen some issues with adding predictions to applications that are built on other applications.

I’ll attach images of examples.
