Unable to view certification

Hi, I’m unable to view my certifications in my pega Account. The pearson account is updated with my work email, but still the certifications are not reflecting.

It usually takes a few days to get updated in your Pega account after you’ve passed your certification. Please wait for some days before raising a ticket with Pega Academy.

@SohamM95 I have completed my certifications long back. The issue is i am not able to merge my accounts now.

Did you try the merge wizard?

@SohamM95 Yep, Getting a error that self service isn’t available for this account.
