# Unable to upload the Pega Blueprint

Hi Team -

We are unable to upload the attached Blueprint (in pdf format as .Blueprint extension is not allowed to upload here). We are getting the below error as attached. Kindly help to resolve the issue.

- If you plan to use an _existing application as a template_, configure the built-on application for reuse. For more information, see [Configuring applications for reuse](https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform/page/platform/app-dev/configuring-applications-reuse.html).

The error message indicates that the PegaCLMFSCIB Application must be present on your system and configured for use in the New Application Wizard. This is similar to the issue with the PFSAPER application which is the Payment Exception Recovery application. You would need to install the relevant application in this case Pega Client Lifecycle Management for Financial Services to resolve this issue. Ensure that the application is properly installed and configured on your system.

Can you please ensure the PegaCLMFSCIB application is available in your instance prior to importing the blueprint?
