Whenever I raise a ticket I have to manually set my time zone, which is quite annoying. There is a link on the ticket page to take me to MyPega to update this on my profile, but there is no option to do this on my profile. Please you either:
a) Add the ability for us to set our time zone on our profiles, or
b) Stop making the time zone required on raising tickets.
@MichaelF1903 please can you use the ‘Contact Us’ link as detailed on on the bottom of the 'Help with MSP ’ FAQ page?
Please use the Contact Us link listed there, and make sure you select ‘Report an issue with My Support Portal’ or 'Report an issue with My Pega’ so that your enquiry gets to the relevant team.
