Unable to update my time zone in my Pega account

Whenever I raise a ticket I have to manually set my time zone, which is quite annoying. There is a link on the ticket page to take me to MyPega to update this on my profile, but there is no option to do this on my profile. Please you either:

a) Add the ability for us to set our time zone on our profiles, or

b) Stop making the time zone required on raising tickets.

@MichaelF1903 please can you use the ‘Contact Us’ link as detailed on on the bottom of the 'Help with MSP ’ FAQ page?

Please use the Contact Us link listed there, and make sure you select ‘Report an issue with My Support Portal’ or 'Report an issue with My Pega’ so that your enquiry gets to the relevant team.

We do have a timezone in our account profile. Could you please try as I mentined the screenshot,

Just Open Your Profile from Pega - Sign In, Then there is a Edit Icon Beside of your name @MichaelF1903 Then Update

Many thanks indeed - I didn’t see the edit icon there (my eyes are old). I have now made the update.
