Unable to submit PEGA CLM course test

Hi Team,

I set PEGA CLM(client life cycle management(8.7) )course as a goal in my 2024 development plan in my organization.

but at the end of the course there is one test which is unable to submit.it is stopping at 99%

please do needful help on this.
