Hi @AkshithReddyT , i switched company my pdn account is with that company mail and my certifications linked with gmail i want to download them but for gmail when we click on forgot password and giving gmail name , mail is not receving 2for gmail, can u please suggest any other way to download them,

You need to add primary email id in settings.

@Rohitn45 as KamineniSurya stated, you need to log into your my.pega profile and add your correct company-affiliated email account.

You can add your Primary EmailID there.

If you still have problems, please email : [email protected]

They will be able to determine which Email setting will work for your pw reset.
