Currently, we have already mapped an Oracle application (KIPREV) that runs on a local machine, but the Client is moving the application to an RDS (Remote Desktop Service) that will be virtualized.
When trying to interrogate the application inside the RDS we are not succeeding.
We would like to ask for help with this issue if interaction is possible. Otherwise, we would like to know if there is any prediction that this will be possible in the future.

@JonathanPereira Pega Robotics does not support applications running on a machine other than one where Runtime (or Studio for development) is installed due to our deep interaction with the applications. You will need to install Studio in your virtualized environment in order to interrogate the application. Ultimately, Runtime will need to be installed as well in order to interact with the application through Pega Robotics. You can contact your Pega representative and see if you can arrange a design session with us to come up with a comprehensive solution.
@ThomasSasnett Just to be clear, we do have a Citrix context that allows you to have Runtime running on a Citrix server and communicate with another instance of Runtime running on your local machine, however no such support exists outside of Citrix published applications.
