Not able to download the rap file from community edition as it shows cant able to download while exporting the rap file. kindly help me to fix this issue

What is your access group assigned to the operator? Can you provide screenshots of the error?

Access group - Authors, As I was able to do export but can’t download the rap file, while downloading its showing error like – couldn’t download

Instead of archiving the file, why don’t you open the Product rule and download it directly from there?
