You are not currently affiliated to the correct account for your organization to view the full My Software experience.
Please contact your Support Administrator who can affiliate you to the correct account.
Pega does not provide licensed versions download. Unless one of your support admins tag you to an account which has a license, you can only use the free community edition cloud instance from My Pega>Software>My Trials. You can request for an instance for free for a period of 30 days, which can be extended once for 15 days. After the instance expires, you can request for another and keep on doing it as much as you need.
