Unable to access PEGA Customer Service Training Environment

Hi All,

Nowadays, I can’t access PEGA Customer Service Training Environment. Getting the error “The operation completed successfully but returned no content” [Refer to the attachment].

For example - I am referring to the “Customer Service Low-Code Developer” course. I performed the reset Pega Instance and I have raised a couple of requests to Pega Academy using the contact link. But, there is no response.

Is anyone else facing the same issue or is there any workaround to access the training environment?
