I am trying to create Knowledge Buddy App and I am getting this issue:

I am using the Buddy on licensed Cloud 3 Enterprise installation.

Knowledge Buddy with Pega CRM (Constellation) is kind of implementation that I am trying.

and Step 1 making me problem when I want to follow steps from Creating an implementation application:

When I enter name of App and click on create i am getting above mentioned error message.
