Our client likes the Occasional User Channel on Blueprint. Does anyone have the JSON for a theme on Pega Infinity that closely matches? Blueprint Occasional User also has a consistent footer, detail sections that includes sub tabs of Pulse, Details, and History, and in general a nicer look than what I can create with Infinity Studio. Any suggestions?
@hancm just to clarify, once you are in Pega Infinity? Have you created an Occasional User portal?
You don’t need a theme to match what is in the Blueprint. However, you do need to configure both:
- the portal
- AND your case type full page views
Though the terminology unfortunately hasn’t caught up to Blueprint or the portal creation:
So the theme won’t control the configuration - that is set in these menu’s. Blueprint is the representation of the app, Infinity is the actual implementation. If there is something Blueprint is representing you’d like to control in Infinity, then please let us know, we can raise feedback to the team.
The Occasional User portal has been an evolution over the last few releases, so I expect there is more feedback out there and the team is keen to keep evolving this to match this persona’s needs.
I upgraded my environment from 26.1 to 26.1.2 at Chiranit’s suggestion. The self-service portal now looks more like the occasional user portal from Blueprint.
