Theme-Cosmos to Constellation Migration Effort Estimation

Hello,

My application is in Theme-Cosmos in Infinity 25.1.3. It was originally built in Pega 8 and later on version upgrade has been made. I need to estimate the effort required for Constellation migration. What will be the right approach:

  1. Should I go with Application Signature Tool followed by Blueprint Estimator? OR
  2. Should I use Constellation Modernization Assistant in analysis mode and then generate the estimate manually post analyzing the excel file with the list of findings for each rule.

I also would like to know if there is any better approach to do this.
