In this hierarchy-driven modular approach, the **SpinOff Agent** acts as the **top-level orchestrator** that owns the end-to-end workflow (especially **case creation** ) and delegates supporting tasks to specialized downstream agents. Rather than building one monolithic agent that handles everything, capabilities are split into focused agents— **Knowledge Agent** for case-specific retrieval, **Chat with Your Agent** for trends/spikes insights, and **Knowledge Buddy Agent** for Knowledge Management content—each invoked and managed by the SpinOff Agent. This keeps responsibilities clean, reduces coupling, and allows each agent to evolve, scale, and be secured independently.

### Advantages of Agent Modularization

- **Maintainability:** smaller, focused modules with clear ownership and simpler updates.
- **Reliability:** issues are isolated to one agent; easier rollback and fallback handling.
- **Performance & Scalability:** scale only the agents under heavy demand (e.g., trends or knowledge retrieval).
- **Security & Compliance:** apply least-privilege access per agent and enforce targeted controls.
- **Reusability:** common agents can be reused across workflows while keeping orchestration consistent.
