The gen AI agent is not generating the response - the sources are given correct but the response is not generated - is this restricted for hackathon?
even the case coach which is default OOTB rule isnt working
@SumanKumar - apologies for tagging you direct . I see in the hackathon instance the key gen AI summaries and gen AI enablement is not done - is this intended? should we not use Gen AI Agents in our hackathons?
Please could you confirm:
for example - DSS relating to GenAI are not available in hackathon instances.
