Table pagination is not working for group by option when the optimistic check box is checked.
@KrishnaBabu999 please could you take a look at the suggestions in the Pagination is not working when Optimization option in unchecked and Pagination options were disabled when Optimize Code Checkbox checked forum question?
When you “uncheck” the optimize code AND enable pagination do you notice the paginator gadget on your table ?
If not, can you explicitly try to add “pyGridPaginator” to the table header and check ?
Note the following limitation:
When we select Optimized table with new features like grouping , row height, refresh , personalization show hide columns because these features present in pytoolbar section so that paginator will become hidden.
If we want pagination at top of the table we need disable these Group By, Allow Row Height , Show/Hide columns, Show Refresh List options
There is an open Enhancement Request FDBK-78252 to have this changed in future versions.
@MarijeSchillern Thank you for your response. If the Optimize option is checked default Pagination do works when we don’t use any group by in the UI but when we are using any group by option in the UI the pagination goes off.
Any idea in which release the enhancement will be delivered.

The limitations are defined in the Enabling grouping by fields documentation therefore likely it will not be changed in the near future.
