"System of record" of fields defined in "case type"

Hello, may you kindly advise what’s the “System of record” used by fields defined in “case type” instead of other data objects?

Pls refer to attached picture for a sample data model list for GoGoRoad, downloaded from a Pega challenge, pls be noted the two red circles, my questions as below:

  1. In first red circle, row 12-16, may I know whether the “Pega Database” in row 12 is applied for row 12 -16 , or, just for row 12 only and row 13-16 without “System of record”?

  2. I add row 18-20 myself, for sample fields in the case type “Assistance Request” without any reference, e.g. Address and Invoice total, may I know, as in 2nd red circle, what’s their “System of record”?

In summary, if you create a single field (of any type) in a case type, the SOR is Pega.
