In CLM 8.5, how to initiate the customer journey “Standalone Due Diligence - Conduct Due Diligence”
In Relationship Manager portal, for an active customer with no open cases, the Action button menu does not show the Standalone Due Diligence option unlike the version 7.
@RohiniD49 You will find the Conduct Due Diligence action in “CustomerSearchActions”, in the CIB application layer of CLM.
So, in other words, in PegaCLMFS you will not see ConductDueDiligence in the CustomerSearchActions. But if you look in PegaCLMFSCIB you will find what you are looking for.
