Socrates not responding

Socrates isn’t responding

Have tried all this:

  • Refresh the Page – Sometimes, the chat session may time out. A simple refresh can re-establish the connection.

  • Clear Cache & Cookies – If the issue persists, try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies and then restart your training session.

  • Check Browser Compatibility – Ensure you’re using a supported browser (Chrome, Edge, or Firefox). Try switching browsers if needed.

  • Disable Browser Extensions – Some ad blockers or privacy extensions might interfere with Socrates. Temporarily disable them and try again.

  • Log Out and Log Back In – Sign out of your Pega Academy account and log back in to see if that resolves the issue.

  • Try Incognito Mode – Open the training in an incognito/private browsing window to rule out browser conflicts.

  • Check Your Internet Connection – A slow or unstable connection might prevent Socrates from loading properly.
