Do the historical responses in the scenario planner have any input for the results. If these are not present in the Migrated Data in the BOE, do we still get good results in the Scenario Planner?
Please check the above image where all the responses in the Migration data is 0. Does this have any impact on the Reach and Responses results? I am wondering if this might be one of the reasons for the low reach and responses shown? Please clarify. Thanks.
Historical responses serve as the primary baseline for the Scenario Planner’s predictive modeling, so having zero values in this column directly impacts the accuracy of your results. Because the system lacks past performance data to calculate conversion rates, it must rely on generic defaults or limited evidence, which frequently leads to the low reach and response figures you are seeing. While the tool can still generate a simulation without migrated BOE data, the output will be significantly less reliable and likely understated. To achieve meaningful and “good” results, you must ensure that historical response data is populated, as these figures are the foundation for forecasting future audience engagement. Without this input, the model cannot effectively calibrate the relationship between reach and actual conversions.
