Restarting production environment at 3:00 am (GMT +01:00)

Hello, we would like to know if we can create a PEGA support ticket to request the restart of a production environment at specific times such as 3:00 am (GMT +01:00), as this is the only time when there are no users using the application.

we want to confirm this before creating the ticket.
