Redirect the user to dashboard instead of showing to whom next assignment is assigned

In Pega Constellation 25.1.2, after a user submits an assignment, a confirmation screen is displayed. When the user clicks Done, the system shows a screen indicating to whom the next assignment has been routed.

Is it possible to skip this “next assignment” screen and instead redirect the user directly to the dashboard?

Technically, this is not feasible out of the box. However, if your goal is to prevent users from seeing the assignee details, you can introduce an interim assignment that routes the case to a generic work queue, such as “Analysis and Decisioning WQ.” Additionally, you can configure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to automatically advance this assignment after a defined duration (e.g., a few minutes).

@RajDevireddy I don’t think there is an OOTB way of doing this.

I have seen this on the Infinity '26 roadmap, using the flow action configuration that we could utilise in UI Kit (back to back processing etc.)

That isn’t a guarantee it will be in the release but know its being looked at and I’m hopeful as we get closer to '26 we can discuss cool new features like this.

It’s good to know this is being actively considered. As we get closer to '26, I’d love to revisit this and explore how we might take advantage of any new capabilities in this area.

In Pega Constellation version 25.1.2, the Self-Service Portal no longer provides an option to display tabs in a full-page view. In earlier versions, this functionality was available. How can we achieve the same full-page tab behavior in the current version?

Infinity’ 25 introduced a way to configure the Full Case Page for a Case (prior it was only portals).

I believe this was a deliberate design decision, not to include tabs - simplified view was the intent.

You can’t configure this, so your only option would be to use a worker portal to consume the regular, less simplified, View.

Again, like your other question, I know there will be some new things in this space to give you more control over the full case page. I haven’t seen them yet, so can’t share, but I know they are adding more and more configuration options to full case page so you can tailor these kinds of requirements (not that it helps you now).

I see you asked this question as its own conversation (great!). I have replied there with a soluiton.
