We are experiencing a recurring PDC alert in our production environment, we are currently on Pega Infinity version 24.2.5 and would like to understand its root cause and potential remediation.

- Rule Type: Rule-Obj-Activity
- Class Name: PEGA-API-CASEMANAGEMENT
- Activity: PZIncrementCountAndTriggerUsageAlert (Step 1)
We have already performed investigations using Pega documentation, online resources, and AI-based Pega coaches. However, we have not been able to find any relevant information explaining:
- What specifically triggers this alert in Constellation applications.
- Why the activity PZIncrementCountAndTriggerUsageAlert is generating the alert.
- Whether this behavior is expected in Pega Infinity 24.
- Recommended actions to reduce or eliminate these occurrences.
Has anyone encountered this alert before in a Constellation application? Any insights regarding the root cause, known issues, hotfixes, or best practices would be greatly appreciated.
