I have called in once and could not get a clear answer on what these are - Can you tell me if this is the upgrade from V8.6.5 to 8.8.3 -
We have a cloned environment and have completed testing I need to understand how I schedule the upgrades.

I checked and the three tickets are all Cloud Database Infrastructure Updates to which you responded with our cloud team.
