Question about Okta

Hi,

I know how to build OIDC (OpenID Connect) and SAML 2.0 for Single Sign On, but I have no experience of using Okta. This is a very much beginner question but which protocol (OIDC or SAML 2.0) does Okta use?

Or, is Okta software that can choose OIDC or SAML 2.0 and which to use depends on customer?
