How to add promo codes in an application?

Yet I don’t recognize this 'promo’ as being part of one of our VM instances
----> Are you following a Pega Academy course from the catalog available online?
If you are working off a self-designed application, ie nothing to do with Pega Academy courses, could we ask that you liaise via your internal student study group as this does not seem relevant for external product help?
