Profile Issue

I have posted a few questions and replies in the Community. However, when I open my profile, the Activity section under My Posts shows 0.

Could anyone please let me know why this is happening and how I can resolve it? Any support would be appreciated.

Did the support team already reach out to you? I gave them your Pega Forum account information so I assume, they have already reached out. If not, do let me know and I’ll make sure they send you a message here.

Yes, the support team has already reached out to me regarding the issue. They confirmed that it was related to a bug caused by the primary email address change, and the issue has now been resolved. My Forum activity is displaying correctly again.
