Problem with clickstream data from Adobe Experience Manager

Hi - We are trying to receive user clickstream data from AEM to Pega. Followed this article and i can receive the data from Postman though after extensive rewriting of Pega connector. However not receiving any from adobe so far.We have followed all the required configuration in Adobe end.

Any suggestion what can be the issue here?

@SanBan

Can you confirm you also used the Pega Customer Decision Hub connection and Pega Profile Connector documentation?

Can you confirm you installed the Adobe Experience Platform Customer Data Connector from the Pega Marketplace?

If so, could you contact the relevant team for that product ?

@MarijeSchillern I have configured both. If i click the relevant team link it’s not going anywhere. Can you please share whom i should contact.

@SanBan support is listed as being provided via the following email : [email protected]

Hi @MarijeSchillern - Thanks but that mailbox is not accepting any mail !

Hi SanBan

I noticed you mention Adobe Experience Manager, but the description and link you shared concerns Adobe Experience Platform. I assume its the latter based on your description. Can you please be more detailed about the issue you encounter?

One of our engineers, Tony Parakka is the one who built (and tested) the integration. He’s out of office today / tomorrow but anything we can already tackle in the mean time is helpful.

Thanks

Arjen

@vanda1 The issue is related to Pega lab systems https port 443 is not opened by default. Adobe Experience Platform Partner sandbox uses dynamic IP addresses and hence was not able to get list of IP address to whitelist in Pega labs env. The solution is either get the port 443 open to receive all data in labs env or partner/Client build a Pega environment that has port 443 open by default.
