Customer has asked a question: Is it possible to use an agent to pre-populate the data on the downstream screens, For example: if I have a screen 1 (one) where I call the agent to retrieve data and pre-populate the data fields on the current screen a user is on and when the flow gets to let’s say three screens down I would like to see certain data fields being pre-populated by the agent executed a few steps earlier. @MULLD - Yes, The Agent can retrieve or generate the required data on the earlier screen and save the results into the case data model. Once the data is stored on the case, any downstream view bound to those case properties can display the values when the user reaches that step.
