How can I install pega personal edition 8.6 on macBook? Its high sierra version 10.13.6.

@RemyaPeethambaran It is designed for Windows 64. Embedded java and Postgres are using windows runtime.
@RemyaPeethambaran Unfortunately, the Personal Edition is not compatible with MacBook..I have raised several enhancement requests with Pega on this, but so far it has not been enabled.
You have effectively 3 options :
(1) You can try installing using Docker , which is quite complex and requires knowledge about the process.
(2) You can install a PEGA VM using CentOs. PEGA usually provides that within their LSA courses.
(3) You can install a paid tool called Parallels in Mac, and install Windows in it, and then Personal Edition inside it.
Parallels provide 14 days trial version, so if the installation does not work out for you, you can opt out of the payment.
@VTALUKDAR : Thank you for taking time to detail the workarounds. Previously I was using VMware on the machine for installation. I was trying to figure out if there is a straight forward way.
