# Pega with WebLogic and Oracle DB CyberArk support

Hi,

We are currently using Pega with WebLogic and Oracle DB. We attempted to integrate CyberArk for database password management, following the same procedure we used for other services, but we encountered issues. It seems from the log it is “unable to load classes from the database”.

Upon reviewing the platform support guide, I noticed a note stating that CyberArk support is available for environments using IBM WebSphere. Could you please confirm if Pega does not support CyberArk with an environment uses WebLogic and Oracle DB?

WebLogic Server Version: 12.2.1.4.0

unable to load classes from the database: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection for datasource ‘\<pegarules\_datasource\_name\>’. The DBMS driver exception was: PDKTU006E Timeout has expired (Reason=[Send timed out], Connect=[15:56:57:122] Send=[15:56:57:122] Recieve=[15:58:50:949] Failure=[-1])

@kaganoskay as per the Platform Support Guide, it is not supported.

There is an open Enhancement Request for this: FDBK-121245

For any status questions about enhancement requests you will need to contact your Account Executive who will liaise with the relevant engineering groups for updates
