Hi Team, As per this Pega docs link: [Pegasystems Documentation](https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform/page/platform/gen-ai/automating-work-with-agents.html#con-automating-work-with-agents__section_rpm_s4n_vfc_title), I see a statement “Agents can process documents by default and no additional configuration is required”. So, to try that out, I created a simple agent in the exercise system in ‘[Pega - Sign In](https://academy.pega.com/challenge/pw25-configuring-pega-genai-coach/v1)’ which has instruction to extract some payslip related info from user attached document. Now when I am trying to attach the document in the agent chat window, it is not recognizing the attachment at all. It says "It seems that there is no attachment provided for me ". But there is indeed an attachment provided. Why is it happening? I have already updated the system instructions for the agent rule to extract the necessary data from the document. ---

Anyone faced similar issue? How to configure the GenAI agents to recognize the case attachments and extract them by default? ---
