I have added Pega Email Bot Foundation module. The problem is when I try to do the exercises it does not allow me to create an instance. I cannot login anywhere to do the module exercises.

As we noted in our response to your support ticket, Pega instances are not available for this older version.
I recommend completing the latest version of the email bot mission: Email Bots for Pega Customer Service | Pega Academy
