In Pega Customer Service (Constellation), INC-C52040 was fixed in 25.1.2, but we are still experiencing the issue in 25.1.3. How can we verify whether this fix is included in 25.1.3, and what is the recommended way to check if the change is available in our version?
Hi Rohit. We confirmed that the fix for INC-C52040 is in the 25.1.3 Patch Release. Are you seeing multiple assignments? Clicking on the wrap up button (again) should not be creating another assignment. - Thanks.

Thank you for response, We are currently using Pega Customer Service (Constellation) 25.1.3 and Pega Customer Service for Financial Services (Constellation) 25.1.1, but the issue is still occurring in our application.
Can you clarify the unexpected behavior that you’re seeing, e.g. are multiple assignments still being created? We want to understand the issue(s) that you’re still seeing to ensure clarity and potential next steps. It may be best to create an Incident with Pega Support so we can have additional details through that channel and better tracking with engineering support. - Thanks!

While clicking the Wrap-up button multiple times created duplicate Wrap-up assignments in the My Worklist widget for the same interaction.
