Hello,

In PEGA Platform, whether can we give limited Admin access to external accounts(external organization) to create users for their entity.

  1. Create a new access group for the external organization.
  2. Define the necessary privileges and permissions for the access group. In this case, you would want to grant the ability to create users for their entity while restricting access to other sensitive areas or actions.
  3. Create or modify roles within the access group that align with the desired level of admin access for the external organization. Ensure that these roles have the appropriate privileges and permissions to create users.
  4. Assign the external accounts or representatives of the external organization to the access group and associated roles.
