We are installing pega 8.8.3 on azure cloud on Oracle linux,Java 17, oracle 19c and Tomcat 9. When we are unrapping the jars using java -jar PRPC_Setup.jar in UI or through command. ./install.sh, the installtion is stopped in the middle without any error. There are no error thrown(Screen shot Screenshot 2024-01-22 011948). Pls let us know if we are missing anything. Also this issue is happening usually when unwrapping IndexReference_10.jar is v6 Archive or IndexReference_11.jar is v6 Archive

@VinodhN17043210 please can you confirm whether the support ticket logged in December is for the same question?
I can see that you logged INC-A27613 ( New pega 8.8.3 keeps going down on start) but that our support team closed it because they had no response. They had a quick look into the logs provided and noticed that the node goes down due to missing heartbeats. Usually, missing heartbeats caused by communication problems between Pega and the Database.
They requested with catalina logs from Tomcat from the issue reproduction but did not hear back.
Can you please contact GCS and provide the catalina logs from Tomcat and confirm if the architecture is standing on docker / kubernetes.
