Dear pega,

We will onboard PDC for our company usage, I have few questions to ask regarding PDC.

  1. Can we configure SSO using Azure AD configuration ?
  2. Do we have an estimate on the typical volume of traffic for monitoring ? for example on Development stage on average xx KBps, for Live stage xx KBps ?
  3. What is SLA for PDC ?
  4. What support we get from vendor ?
  5. How do we know log is pushing to PDC ?
