PDC notice for Rule not found exception

I would like the PDC to notify me when a rule not found exception occurs a specified number of times within a certain period of time.

Currently, the PDC does not seem to have such a setting; is there an alternative to this?

@SatoruO2 As outlined by our GCS support team in your open support ticket, we do not have the notification feature available for specified event. Please review the articles below for more details.

Rule Not Found Exception is an exception not a alert so I believe there won’t be any specific ID for this - it sounds more like you can simply customize a solution based on the Exception text , similar to a suggestion made in post PDC not sending Job scheduler failure alert.

Before we consider this as an enhancement request, I will check with our SME’s if this request is feasible:

@Lukasz would you be able to comment on this enquiry?

@SatoruO2 At the moment there is no dedicated alert code for Rule Not Found exception.

I suggest to use Update Assessment landing page to identify newly introduced issues. This should flag all rule related exceptions as well.

@MarijeSchillern

Thank you for your response.
I understand.

@Lukasz

Thank you for your response.
We will adopt this as an alternative to the alert.
