Hi!
Customer would like to integrate PDC with on-premise BMC Helix ticketing system. I believe Pega do not have any any Helix integration.
It will be appreciated if anyone can suggest a way to work with BMC Helix ticketing system.

One of the option provided by product team was to use inbound email.
“BMC Helix supports inbound email integration – just subscribe to emails”
And another option proposed by James Sleightholm
“The PDC API is relatively easy to use. It is a GET. All BMC have to do is provide some simple params, plus Oauth Client Credentials and they get data back as JSON. This is the default integration approach for systems like BMC. I doubt there will be an easier alternative”
No option has been utilised yet but will update when we do it.
