My On-Prem GOV Client is trying to patch a security issue today and they cant use(blocked) upgrade asst. It is going from 8.6.3 to 8.6.6 and the documentation for post upgrade (pg25) mentions shutting down tomcat, deleting the WAR file and restarting. No mention of redeploying the 8.6.6 WAR file. The client team is unclear here and I am not clear myself.
This is mentioned similarly in community Patch upgrade | Support Center as well and the document posted there does not mention this either. What is supposed to happen here?
