Option for either mandatory check box or Radiobutton in Pega - Docusign Integration

Business Scenario - the end user needs to select the check box and then sign the document.

we are expecting a mandatory validation to be fired for check box as we have signature

Issue - In Docusign to Pega Integration, mandatory option for check box is not working eventhough pyRequired is set to “TRUE”

Steps Followed –

  1. Implement Docusign to Pega Integration
  2. Prepare an envelope with case attachments. In the envelope add a checkbox options one for Accept and one for Decline.
  3. Once the Docusign sends the document, user reviews the document
  4. On Signing and Finishing the Docusign documet, if either of Accept or Decline check boxes are not selected, user must be shown error to select one.

looking for an Alternate Approach – Do we have any OOTB to configure Radio buttons in Docusign envelop generation?

Docusign has these options implicly build within the envelop. However it’s not radio buttons. The user has an option to decline the Docusign and Docusign will provide a callback to Pega that Docusign is declined. I would prefer to go with OOTB provided by Docusign for decline scenarios
