OCR component using text analyser giving sentiment value wrong?

Hi,

I’m using OCR component in my application using email account channel and from the email i have to create a case inside pega and the data feed from text analyser and cases are creating but i’m getting sentiment value as wrong if i use attachments and for body i’m not able to fetch the sentimente.

In the text prediction rule make the check boxes checked.
