If your Pega account is linked with your Pearson VUE account, then it’ll be available in your profile. It usually takes a few days to reflect. Please wait for few days before connecting with Pega Academy.
@SohamM95 It is connected with Pearson VUE. My point is I am able to see the recently finished badges immediately in my Pega Academy profile except the CSSA Mission Badge, which is done in Pega 2023 version

You can try to log off and login to pega.
sometimes if you login again, it will refresh and shows you the badge in your profile
