I am trying to merge my account to primary account, but credentials are not getting accepted. But the same credentials are working to view certifications. Can you please help me in this.
@RiyanahmedP please can you confirm that you followed the steps listed in the faq:
If you verified your email you should not be encountering any issues.
If you encounter issues with the merge process please email the accounts team as detailed in the FAQ.
Thank you so much for sharing the clear info. But am not getting any verification code to my secondary mail id which I am entering for verification.
@RiyanahmedP If you have checked your spam box and cannot find it I think it’s best if you email the accounts team directly with your query.
