Hi, I’m working on a personal edition and encountering an issue with the login page customization. When I did it for the first time, I got the output and at later point I have tried changing it. I was successful. This was a week ago and now I’m trying again and I’m not getting the output. I followed the same steps as I did earlier.

Creation of Custom Ruleset>>Creation of Binary files in the custom ruleset>>py-Login-Screen rule configuration>> Access group creation with Pegarules:Guest as the role>>Mapping the access group in the Requestor type.

I tried the basic trouble shooting like clearing the browsing data and trying to open it in the private browser window. I still couldn’t get the output. I’m wondering if anybody could help me fix this.

Hi @ViswadhaG16637647: Can you please confirm if the new access group which you pointed to Browser requestor type have the newly created ruleset in its stack.

Hi @ArulDevan Yes the access group does contain it in it’s stack.

Please try with Web-Login OOTB HTML save as it into your rules set and add a binary file in that logoff and refresh browser.
