Link attachment from another case in Pega Constellation

When attaching the document in constellation attachment widget Pegasocial-Document instance not created.

Any other possible way to link (Link-Association-Document) the document from another case in constellation.

Documents are not supported in Constellation and we do not support wrapping the attachment in Document in constellation.
